Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has announced its entry into the Indian packaged food market. Anil Chugh, currently the India & SAARC head of Wipro Consumer Care, has been appointed to lead the vertical. In addition, Neeraj Khatri, the head of Wipro Consumer Care’s Philippines entity, has been promoted to India & SAARC head of the Wipro Consumer Care business.

Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting earned Rs 8,634 crore in revenue for the fiscal year that ended March 31.

Personal care products, toiletries, facial care, wellness, home care, electrical wire devices, domestic and commercial lighting, and seating solutions are all part of its business.

“Our leadership changes align with our ambitions of being a significant and leading player in the FMCG space in all the markets we operate in,” said Agrawal.

Santoor, premium personal care brand Yardley, Enchanteur, Hygienix, Chandrika, Glucovita, Safewash, Softouch, Giffy Maxkleen, LED lights brand Wipro Garnet, and male grooming brand Aramusk are among the popular brands owned by the company.
